PAYMENT

1. WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

Currently we offer the following payment methods:

  • Visa (via the PayPal website)
  • Mastercard (via the PayPal website)
  • Paypal

2. I DON’T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. CAN I STILL SHOP FOR ITEMS ON KILLER DOLCE?

Yes you can use your credit card on PayPal as a GUEST. You don’t need to login to PayPal and no PayPal membership is actually required.

ORDERING

1. WHEN WILL I GET MY ITEMS?

If you live in Malaysia, usually within 2 business days of purchase. NOTE: Orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays. Shipping times may also vary slightly, as this is handled by a third party delivery service; and therefore is something over which we have no control.

2. HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

3. CAN I ORDER FROM OVERSEAS?

Currently we only deliver within Malaysia – however in some cases we may be able to help you get the item you desire. Please contact hello[at]killerdolce[dot]com 

 

4. WHAT IF AN ITEM I WANT IS "OUT OF STOCK"?

Unfortunately we only carry limited runs of products. This ensures that Killer Dolce items retain some exclusivity compared to other sites.

EXCHANGING ITEMS

1. CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

You can only EXCHANGE an item for a different SIZE or COLOUR of the same item.

IF the size and color you want is no longer available - upon confirmation from Quality Control – you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift certificate equal to the amount of your originally purchased item. Please see our Returns page for full procedures but in a nutshell you must inform us by email as soon as possible and you must return it to us by registered post, in its original packaging with a completed Returns Slip attached WITHIN 7 days of delivery (i.e. within 7 days of YOU receiving it).

In addition you will bear the cost of shipping items back to us. However we will pay to send exchanged goods to you.

  

2. WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

We try to ensure that all products that leave our warehouse are of high quality. In the rare circumstance that you do receive an item with a defect, send it back to us with a completed Returns Slip attached WITHIN 7 days upon receiving the item(s), and we will send you a replacement item. If we are out of stock, we will contact you to issue a store credit.

 

3. CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

Sorry, all items purchased on sale or marked down cannot be exchanged. Please see our Returns Policy

 

4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE?

The process takes about a week after we receive the item you wish to exchange/return.

When we receive your package, containing the item in question and other details we require, you will be notified via email at the address listed on your account. We will then examine the item and determine whether you satisfy criteria required for a valid exchange.

You will receive notification by email if your requested exchange is successful.

STORE CREDIT

1. WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?

Store credits (in the form of Gift Certificates) are issued by Killer Dolce when suitable replacement products are unavailable for a valid exchange.

Customers who are legitimately entitled to Store Credits (or Gift Certificates) will be emailed by our customer service department. This email will contain a code and value amount. You can use this Certificate by entering the code in the Gift Certificate box on the bottom of your MY CART page, before you click the “Checkout” button.

All Store Credits and Gift Certificates are non-transferrable and are valid for a maxiumum of 6 months from date of issue. It is your responsibility to protect the code you are given from 3rd parties, as it can only be used once. After it is used it will be deactivated permanently.

 

2. HOW DO I USE MY STORE CREDIT/GIFT CERTIFICATE?

  • Buy a product as normal on the Killer Dolce website by adding it to My Cart section.
  • In the My Cart window, where your purchases are listed, at the bottom you will see an option to add details of your Gift Certificate.
  • Copy and paste the code you were emailed into this box, click on the ADD button next to it
  • Your deduction will be reflected in the new Order Total
  • Click “Check Out” button.

3. MY STORE CREDIT IS MORE THAN THE ITEM I WANT TO ORDER. WILL THE BALANCE BE GIVEN TO ME?

If your purchase total is LESS than the value of your certificate i.e. you get a negative value as an Order Total - you will NOT be reimbursed the difference. If you need assistance for combining or splitting your store credit voucher amount kindly contact info[at]killerdolce[dot]com.
